The Peanut Butter Utensil Report: Part 2

The Peanut Butter Utensil Report: Part 2
Posted by Hello

I received two more responses today as to my inquiry of which utensil is the proper one to use while spreading peanut butter.

Response #4

Thank you for your email. Ideally a non-bladed or serrated metal spatula is best, however a regular knife utensil will work fine. (The duller the better for safety.)

Enjoy!

Thanks for writing!

The utensil to use for spreading Skippy Peanut Butter is the consumers personal preference.

Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter is now available in a re-closeable squeeze tube. It is the same great Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter that is available in jars. This new product line is easy and convenient to use and store. There is no need for using a knife and therefore there is less to clean up. The easy fliptop cap makes opening and closing simple for kids or adults (it has an innersafety seal under cap). Available:9 oz Squeeze tube. For further information on this product and to search for a store located closest to you, please contact our consumers services division. Our toll freenumber is: 1-866-4SKIPPY. They will need your zip code to try to locate it in your area. Your friends at Skippy

Peanut butter in a tube - interesting. I read last year that some company was going to manufacture peanut butter in single serve slices similar to those of American cheese. Since Skippy leaves it up to the consumer spoons, pipettes, hooks and fingers all fit under this category!
