Botan Rice Candy

The makers of Botan Rice Candy are a bunch of liars! Note the "Free Children's Sticker Inside" on the side of the box. For years, the packaging has remained the same and since childhood, I remember that it always contained a sticker. Yet, for the last two years anytime I've bought Botan Rice Candy I've instead found a temporary tattoo inside! Liars!

When I was a child, they had small toys inside. They were the cutest ever! Too bad they're worried about choking hazards now. Stickers - bleh!

The Japanese word for sticker is "Shiiru" or "Seal" which can mean many things. A temp tattoo definitely qualifies as a seal. :-p
