So, I stepped on the scale this morning feeling very "UGH!" about my body, logged in my weight and got the following message:
If you're feeling a little neutral about your weight-loss result, here's a little fact to make you smile: The rate you`re losing weight at is considered to be very safe and healthy. So you're seeing success! You're doing the right thing.
Remember this anonymous saying this week: "Feel pride in how far you've come and confidence in where you're going."
And if you feel like your motivation needs a boost, why not attend a Weight Watchers Meeting? Having the support of a leader who's "been there" can make a big difference in your efforts to lose weight. Take care this week…
I'm feeling a bit frustrated this week but I find more motivation because of it. I don't know how I was able to function before I was on WW because I feel like such a slug right now! That makes me want the goal even more, I don't like feeling like this at all.
