I worked hard this week but wasn't expecting much when I stepped on the scale until I read the numbers and discovered I lost three pounds this week! Three pounds! That's a big jump as the last two weeks I had only lost a pound each week.
Weight Watchers has given me this quote a number of times before but I don't mind too much this week as I'm down three pounds! THREE POUNDS!!!
