I was expecting to see better results this week as I stuck to my point range and spent so much time working out that my entire body is sore. So, I step on the scale and guess how much I lost? Take a guess! Just take a guess! 1.2 lbs.! 1.2 lbs.! That's exactly how much I lost last week with less effort!
WTF?!?!?! And to make matters worse, they gave me the same exact quote they gave me last week: WAY TO GO! Congratulations for losing weight this week. We hope you're thrilled with the result.
