WW: A little bit counts...right?


So, I stepped on the scale this morning feeling very "UGH!" about my body, logged in my weight and got the following message:

If you're feeling a little neutral about your weight-loss result, here's a little fact to make you smile: The rate you`re losing weight at is considered to be very safe and healthy. So you're seeing success! You're doing the right thing.

Remember this anonymous saying this week: "Feel pride in how far you've come and confidence in where you're going."

And if you feel like your motivation needs a boost, why not attend a Weight Watchers Meeting? Having the support of a leader who's "been there" can make a big difference in your efforts to lose weight. Take care this week…

I'm feeling a bit frustrated this week but I find more motivation because of it. I don't know how I was able to function before I was on WW because I feel like such a slug right now! That makes me want the goal even more, I don't like feeling like this at all.

Shake me up and shake it off!

You're doing great! Sand, it's a marathon, not a sprint. Not to go all cliche on you, but WW is right - slow weight loss is good, and you're building healthy habits! Really!

It's all very exciting, and you are not a slug. You're doing great!
Keep up the commitment buddy! I'm so inspired by you and Jonna and Micki that I've pulled out my South Beach and GI books and am embarking on another attempt to shrink me or expand the universe!!
You can do this, Sand! I am so proud of you every time I read one of these Wonder Woman posts!
