WW: Different week, same loss!

I was expecting to see better results this week as I stuck to my point range and spent so much time working out that my entire body is sore. So, I step on the scale and guess how much I lost? Take a guess! Just take a guess! 1.2 lbs.! 1.2 lbs.! That's exactly how much I lost last week with less effort!

WTF?!?!?! And to make matters worse, they gave me the same exact quote they gave me last week: WAY TO GO! Congratulations for losing weight this week. We hope you're thrilled with the result. Here's a quote by Aristotle that we thought might strike a chord with you: "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit." Keep practicing your excellence and have a great week.

Oh well! Better to have lost than gained!

What punks, selfishly hoarding their congratulatory quotes! And great job on the 1.2 pounds! A loss is a loss, and the thing to remember is that it's GONE! You rock!!!

Thanks all! It's such a slow process but seeing the numbers drop off the scale is such a great feeling.
Steadily losing roughly one pound per week is what it's all about. Congratulations--you're on a roll and ain't no stopping you now.
